We strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality mobile accessories including Transparent Covers, Designer Covers, Trending Covers, and Tempered Glass. If you face any issues with your order, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number.

If an order is cancelled due to any reason from our end, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will provide the return shipping address where you can send the product.
Once the returned item is received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement.
Important: To be eligible for replacement, the buyer must provide an authentic unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product. Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
We do not exchange products if:
- The customer ordered the wrong item.
- The product is disliked after purchase.
- Color differences occur due to screen brightness, contrast, or device display settings.
Conditions for Replacement
Free replacement may be requested if any of the following conditions apply:
- The item received is physically damaged (must be supported with an unboxing video).
- The item received has missing parts or accessories.
- The item received is different from the product description on the website.
- The item received is defective or not functioning properly.
You must request replacement within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in cases where replacement is not possible or when an order is cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase such as order number or invoice must be provided.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
