Shipping / Delivery Policy

MoboCover ships orders across India. We aim to deliver your products in a timely and secure manner so that you receive your mobile accessories such as Transparent Covers, Designer Covers, Trending Covers, and Tempered Glass safely.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to cities and towns across India.

If your delivery location is not serviceable through our courier partners, we may ship your order through India Post or other available logistics services to ensure delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Customers usually receive their orders within 7–8 working days depending on their location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

MoboCover will not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before completing the payment.

From time to time, MoboCover may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery up to three times at the provided address.

If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect contact details

the shipment will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our warehouse.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

Any refund against RTO orders will not be initiated automatically.

If your order is returned to our warehouse, you may request us to re-ship the order by providing:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid contact number
  • Additional shipping charges (if applicable)

Once the updated details are received, we will process the reshipment on the next working day.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing the order.

MoboCover will not be responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Incomplete delivery information
